This policy explains how UMRASTORE collects and uses information when you visit Written, shop, or write to us. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.
Who we are
Written is a storefront of UMRASTORE. You can reach us at support@umrastore.com. The wider shop is at umrastore.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you send through the contact form or by email (name, email, message, optional topic).
- Order details handled by Shopify when you check out (name, shipping address, email, payment confirmation). We do not store payment card numbers on this site.
- Basket contents stored in your browser so your selection survives a refresh.
- Anonymous usage data from Vercel Analytics (pages viewed, country, device, and whether you arrived from a Google or Meta advert). This is not used to identify you.
- Advert click details when you arrive from Google or Meta (click IDs and campaign parameters), plus a browser identifier, so a later order can be matched to that advert.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, answer questions, improve the shop, measure which adverts lead to orders, and meet legal duties around payments and shipping. We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing email from this site unless you have asked for it in writing.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes checkout and payments. When you continue to checkout we send the advert click identifiers from this visit with the cart, so Google or Meta can credit the advert that led to the order. Print partners may receive the size, colour, and shipping address needed to make and post your garment. Our hosting and analytics run on Vercel. The contact form is delivered through our form provider so we can reply to you. These services only receive what they need to do that job.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and resolve the request. Order records stay with Shopify for as long as tax and consumer-law rules require. You can ask us to delete contact correspondence by emailing support@umrastore.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@umrastore.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage keep your basket. We also store a browser identifier and, when you arrive from a Google or Meta advert, the click identifiers from that visit. They last up to 90 days. We send them with you to Shopify checkout so the purchase is matched to the advert instead of being counted as a direct visit. Vercel Analytics is separate, does not receive click IDs, and does not identify you.
Changes
