These terms cover your use of the Written website and any clothing you buy from UMRASTORE. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The shop
Written is operated by UMRASTORE. Checkout is completed on Shopify. The wider store is at umrastore.com. Product photos, prices, colours, sizes, and stock can change. A contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and include applicable taxes where Shopify calculates them at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. Choose size and colour carefully. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or payment does not clear. If that happens we will refund you.
Made to order
Most Written pieces are printed after you order. That means production and postage take longer than off-the-shelf clothing, and the exact garment is made for the size and colour you chose.
Shipping
We post worldwide. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees. Delays can happen with print partners, carriers, or customs. Risk in the goods passes when the carrier collects the parcel, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Returns
Because garments are printed to order, we cannot accept returns of unworn items solely because you changed your mind about the design, size, or colour, except where the law requires it. If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or we sent the wrong size or colour, email support@umrastore.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Check the size guide on the product page before you order. If you are between sizes, size up for a looser fit.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or copy our designs for resale. The designs, photographs, and writing on this site belong to UMRASTORE unless stated otherwise.
Liability
We take care to describe products honestly. We are not liable for delays outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
