Shipping and returns

Written pieces are printed after you order, then posted from our print partners. That keeps stock honest and the print sharp. It also means production takes longer than a warehouse pick.

Worldwide shipping

We post Islamic hoodies and merch worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Estimates there are guides: print partners, carriers, and customs can add time. Risk in the goods passes when the carrier collects the parcel, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.

How long it takes

Allow a few working days for printing, then carrier transit. UK and similar destinations are often quicker. International orders commonly take one to three weeks once dispatched. Checkout shows the estimate for your address.

Returns

Because the garment is made for the size and colour you chose, we cannot accept returns solely because you changed your mind, except where the law requires it. If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or we sent the wrong size or colour, email support@umrastore.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Check the size guide before you order. If you are between sizes, size up for a looser fit. Full legal wording is in the terms.
